THE QUILTED WORLD OF AUDREY MACDOUGAL Dunoon Community Quilters 30 Years in the Making was the wonderful topic of discussion today
The group has been running for 30 years with Patchwork and quilting workshops run once a month. It has an open door policy – you do not need to call before attending but can if you have any queries. To find out more about this group who’s influences you can find all over the World Audrey MacDougall who was there at the start popped in to chat this afternoon . The Story of the Dunoon Community Quilters could never be told in one programme and Victor who surprised every one with his enthusiasm (not quite a closet Quilter) made Audrey promise she would visit us again in the studio to continue the adventure with the listeners so we are hoping that this will be the first of many visits to Dunoon Community Radio.
