Friday and the action starts to increase as the solo pipers and athletics join the dancers in competing. Unfortunately due to lack of a broadband connection we were unable to have our full studio set up at the games field. Despite various attemps including Derek getting Fiona to run round the top field with a lap top and a dongle (she is still wondering if he was having a wee joke) we unfortunately couldn’t get a connection. But not to worry with a team based in our normal studio in Argyll Street broadcasting the information and interviews being fed to them by the stadium team we hope we still managed to keep everyone up to date with what was going on.

Dancers from Australia with Trish
Several of the presenters were out and about in the stadium talking to the many people who where visiting from all over the world including the pipers, stallholders, organisers, workers and dancers including 2 young boys that we first met up at the World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow a fortnight ago, listen out for their interview with Trish during the day, and we all at Dunoon Community Radio would like to give their sister who has to stay at home a big shout out from Scotland. Hamish has been out with Amy and Marissa meeting lots of people to see more photos of Hamish and whats being going on today go to the
