"THE SOULS" VALERIE and OSCAR
International Dance Act “The Souls” Oscar and Valerie will be popping in to chat to Victor at the Argyll Street Studio after 5.30pm tonight . Oscar an acclaimed Glasgow Club DJ who has Hosted many events in Top Clubs such as Glasgow’s Arches’ Riverside and Subclub has also found fame in London’s Cargo and London at 93 Feet East. His history goes back to when he began Subculture with Harri and Dominic at the Sub Club in Glasgow. He was responsible in creating the iconic MISH MASH Club Nites at the Riverside.
Valerie who in between being a very successful film and television actor writes all the Bands Lyrics, she writes on film sets, in taxi journeys in Glasgow, buses in London and walking on the shore by the sea In Los Angeles –nice job if you can get it. A lot of the pre-production work for their new album Diamonds and Software was done here in their studio in Dunoon which they both say has inspired them in their musical career……. Did enjoy the young couple talking about their band so talented a couple and dedicated to what they are doing good luck to them in the future, I shall be listening out on Dunoon Community Radio for music and updates –nice to hear Rupert on day time Radio. June xxx
Rupert would like it noted that Victor did apologise to the listeners that if in his pre advertising of the “Band” he may have led some of the listeners in to believing we would be talking about those choreographed moves and glittering sequined costumes that have become popular with television viewers on a Saturday night. –Wrong Dance.
