Dunoon Community Radios Roadshow has been asked by the Dunoon Community Council if we could  provide some of the  entertainment at the Argyll Gardens Monday evening 4th JUNE between 5.00pm and 9.00pm; prior to the beacon being lit in the Castle Gardens to help celebrate the Queens Jubilee.  There will be a pipe band, Scottish Dancing, members of St Muns Glee Club and Dunoon Community Radio Presenters will be there to say hello, we also hope to have some special guests. To help celebrate the Queens 60-year reign we shall be playing Number One Hit Records from 60 years ago to the present day 1952-2012.Listen in to Dunoon Community Radio, the Web Site and Facebook  for more details

. Added to the entertainment will be local Band BLACK LIGHT SYNDROME with band members Ewan MacDonald, Jason Mc Vicar and Ben Docherty who will be joining us after 7.00pm

Over two hundred folk were welcomed to the Argyll Gardens by Dunoon Community Council  Chair Anne Gabriel  and after the entertainment watched the Queens Jubilee Beacon being lit at the Castle Gardens Beacon  full report to follow
