I watched the QE2 as she made her maiden voyage out of the Clyde...I want to say it was back in '68. She sailed past Dunoon at night back then with all lights ablaze, quite a sight! I live in the US now (San Diego) but this brought back a great personal memory for me. My late grandfather Rab Marshall worked on her as he did for the Queen Mary too. What a wonderful photo.
